Proposed redevelopment of Wood End, Henley Green, Manor Farm and Deedmore

The Outline Planning Application for the urban regeneration of significant areas of Wood End, Henley Green, Manor Farm and Deedmore (WEHM) has been deposited with Coventry City Council.


The application comprises the demolition of existing housing and the erection of up to 3328 new houses and apartments together with associated public open space, road and drainage infrastructure and local shopping facilities.

The application was prepared by Pegasus Planning Group who is acting as agent for the developer consortium of Bovis Homes, Keepmoat and Westbury Partnership (BKW).
